We are looking for team members who display a good customer service approach, and who enjoy working with others. Applicants will be selected based on work ethic, honesty, attitude, and reliability.
General activities of this position include:
:To clean hotel rooms quickly, neatly, and efficiently.
:To ensure that guest room corridors are clean.
:To maintain a neat and clean cart, equipment, storage rooms, and supplies.
:Report any deficiencies in the guest rooms or property.

The Kelowna Inn & Suites is seeking applicants for Guest Services staff team members. The position is full-time.
Interacting with guests at reception, conducting phone reservations, accommodating customers requests, responding to email enquiries, and representing the hotel in a professional and friendly manner describes the general work environment.
Successful applicants will be comfortable relating with the general public, have a desire to sell and win, can interact successfully with other staff, and are teachable. Previous experience in the hotel environment is helpful but not necessary.
Candidates must be available for weekend shifts.
